Portola Hotel & Spa Monterey, Monterey

I had a decent stay at the hotel, with the main highlights being the clean and comfortable rooms. The location is fantastic, being so close to Monterey's waterfront. However, I did have some issues with the service, and the dining experience left a lot to be desired. Overall, it's a good spot if you're looking for convenience and cleanliness, but you might want to keep your expectations in check when it comes to service and food.
